“We were looking for a recliner and were greeted warmly by Debbie. She showed great patience while my wife looked around and tried several chairs. After awhile we decided on a chair that would be perfect, but didn’t want to make a hasty decision. Debbie gave us her business card so we could call back and claim the chair if we needed. We ran an errand and checked other businesses to confirm our choice. We called to claim the chair. We went to the store and when we arrived the chair was wrapped and being rolled towards the door!
