No matter when or why you call her, even if it is something silly, she gives you her respect and time. There could be total chaos happening over the top of her as you are talking to her but it does not phase her at all. Thank you April for everything you do for Dr. Lab's office and for our little boy Berkley..

I brought my senior dog in who was very over stimulated… and I rarely taker her out in the heat during the time of the clinic, 1-2:30 my poor girl is 15 years old. I suffer from anxiety attacks and when she ?while waiting in line I was so embarrassed ? The staff was very very kind!!! The woman checking me in was so so kind!!! The process was quick and painless and very affordable. Once I paid my dog threw up ???????????? I mean how much more embarrassing can it get!!? It was not a reaction to anything She is fine now just old hot and over stimulated like me she doesn’t like leaving home much!! Anyways she’s sleeping like a baby now… I want to say thank you to the staff for being so good with animals and kind to humans because me and my dog had anxiety and they treated us like gold!!!! ????????

VCA Lake Wales Animal Hospital
520 E Mountain Lake Cutoff Rd, Lake WalesOne of the half-feral neighborhood cats showed up yesterday unable to use her front left foot. The receptionists at VCA Lake Wales Animal Hospital have been GREAT about scheduling and rescheduling appointments for the poor kitty, who is inside but flipped out when a neighbor came to put her in her cat carry case, and hid for 12 hours. My landlord takes his animals there and recommended them to me, and they are great! If you're reading this at VCA Lake Wales Animal Hospital, thank you so much!

All Star Grill
2019 E State Rd 60, Lake WalesOur first time at All Star Grill was tonight! Alexia was our server and she was very knowledgeable and attentive from the moment that we sat to the end of our dining experience. The atmosphere was light and friendly. The food was incredible! So much flavor and great portions for a very decent price. I highly recommend the wings! Those were probably the best wings I’ve had in Lake Wales! We will definitely be back to try more of the items on their menu!
