Pet stylist Courtney was wonderful from our initial greeting to the return of our Shetland Sheepdog Kenzie. Courtney checked Kenzie over throughly and pointed out problem areas and suggested solutions. Kenzie has some allergy issues since moving to Florida a few years ago which cause occasional hot spots and itchy, flaky rashes. Courtney discussed what she wanted to do with her cut and the shampoo & conditioner. Just over two hours later, Kenzie was done. She was happy and seemed much more comfortable, not itching or scratching. She also looked great. Petco's pricing is competitive and the service was top notch. We'll be back and we'll be asking for Courtney.

I especially love the energy most of the cashiers show. They are always personable and quick to make me feel welcome. The store is easy to navigate and the prices are good. I find the frozen mice and rat sizes are sometimes limited, but I normally have alternative sizes available to choose from for my scaly babies. I also can't seem to leave without a new cat toy for my boys. :)

Throughout the stay, we received text updates, plus add-on options, and could see our dogs play with other dogs on Facebook! This was by far the most exciting thing, to see that our dogs were out and about and playing with new friends! We were able to bring lots of items from home as well as provide the pet resort with as many instructions as needed which they all took into consideration! Every time I called, Michael would take his time explaining different add-on options to me and patiently walking me through the boarding process. I felt that he truly paid attention to my concerns and needs and did not rush me at all! Overall, we are extremely happy, would definitely recommend this place to anyone (already have been), and will most definitely come back. Thank you, team!!! - Leo & Aurora.🙏🏼❤

After searching high and low for groomer who could actually do proper Asian fusion here in Orlando I finally have found her her name is Annette.
My previous groomer moved to California and it's been a nightmare since, until now.
Everything was great from the moment that Annette came out to greet us to the time that I picked my baby up.
She got a full groom and I had her dye her ears tail legs pink and purple.
The haircut was spot on and the coloring was done to perfection.
My baby is a white Maltese and she's a service dog. So she goes with me everywhere I go recently I was in the hospital and of course she was there with me as well no matter where I go my babies a hit. No matter where I go people stop and asked to take pictures she's a superstar. And boy does she know it. Can't say enough. Won't ever go any place else. Thank you Annette for an amazing job

I cannot say enough great things about our recent 11 day stay for 2 dogs and 1 cat at Woof and Whiskers Pet Resort, and it’s a true pet resort! Every day, they post photos, and at the end of their stay, there’s a really sweet report card about how your fur babies did.
We were particularly impressed with the attention that all of the animals received. Usually when you board cats, they just remain kenneled-NOT the case at Woof and Whiskers! Even though our cat preferred to stay in her condo, the team brought her toys and kept her door open for open play. Our dogs loved all of the attention from the team, and loved being held, hugged, and played with.
We were so impressed with this pet resort that whenever we come back to Disney from New Orleans, we will make a reservation here for our fur babies instead of boarding them at home!

2229 Fortune Road, KissimmeeWe recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved Bowser after nearly 14 years of loving him. He was more than just a pet—he was a part of our family and had been with my husband and me long before we had our children.
Saying goodbye was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, and the compassion and kindness shown to us by the staff meant more than I can put into words. The sympathy card we received afterward was such a thoughtful gesture. During a time when our hearts were hurting so deeply, knowing that Bowser was remembered and that his life mattered to someone else brought us a little comfort.
Thank you for treating Bowser with kindness and dignity and for treating our family with so much compassion during such an incredibly difficult moment. We will always be grateful for the care you gave him and for the kindness you showed us when we needed it most.

Them speaking Portuguese made everything so much easier, but the owner speaks perfect English, so no worries if you are a redneck like me. The chicken stroganoff was great as was the fried Swai. Everything comes with rice and beans, just like in Brazil Inam told.They do serve a limited selection of wine and beer along with a Brazilian soda and regular tea and can sodas. Nice little place to grab a quick bite of flavorful food.

Upon my return J and his mother who is the chef. Recognized us immediately the food was truly one of the best seafood boil’s ive had in all of America. I am consistently amazed by now over 10 years since my first visit. I always come back when i visit Orlando.

Even without stopping in for beer, it was well worth the visit for the food alone! My pulled pork quesadilla was amazing, and my husband’s chicken BLT was delicious. 1059 American Way, KissimmeeI brought one of my pets here a kowaler. They did an excellent job. The price was good. I ended up getting a stainless steel necklace with some of his Ashes. Put in it. I also have a wooden box but the rest of its Ashes plus a paw print. Needless to say. On saturday, one of my dogs got bit by a snake tried to get him to the emergency vet... But I did not make it, because the wrong directions by somebody who works in the beds office. So by the time I arrived one and a 1/2 hours later he had passed. So I am back again to have him cremated, and this, in my opinion, is the best place to bring them to very helpful. Courteous pricing is great, and I can keep my pet forever with me
