“The associates at the Lake Wales pharmacy were very helpful and friendly. I had a situation with lost medication that could not be billed to insurance again as it was just filled a week before. The pharmacist, Harish was extremely helpful in finding a way to get the medication at a discounted price, saving me more than $50 out of pocket. The other 2 associates working, Alexus and Yari were very helpful in processing the transaction. I appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this pharmacy. We have been using this location for 5 years when we are here in the winter months. They have communicated with my PCP and pharmacy back home when needed. We've used Walgreens for over 20 years, but here lately they've been shorted staffed so filling our prescriptions on time has been a hassle. Our experience with Publix pharmacy has been top tier, and has exceeded our expectations. It has been easy in and out picking up our prescriptions. They're ready when we request them, and if not it's generally only a day or two waiting for the meds to come in. We've always trusted Publix for our shopping needs, and I'm glad to be a pharmacy customer as well!! Thank you!!”
“Last night was the best experience we’ve had at this pharmacy. My wife and I had orders for the same two prescriptions. I saw one was canceled so I was able to talk to the pharmacist on duty. He informed me my insurance denied one of my prescriptions. He provided a way that I could get a reduced price, saving us money. In spite of the fact that he was by himself he handed our situation very professionally and with much patience.”

“I cannot rave enough about Chelsey, Pharmacy Manager, and Jessica. During a very stressful time when another location was unexpectedly closed for a couple days, they worked together in tandem and, although could have chosen to lower their outlook due to the chaotic snafu, they took every situation (and customer, and insurance issue at the beginning of the new year) in stride and problem solved with a good sense of humor and respect! We were in a major pickle with the other location being unable to receive our urgent prescriptions, Chelsey knew the system inside and out and solved our dilemma!! Chelsey, I can’t thank you enough!”
