I went to The UPS Store over by Publix and I just want to say Samantha and Candice were amazing. I wish I could tip him but they don't take tips. I had a hard time with the package and they really went out of their way to help me. And I appreciate that a thousand percent

Every time when I come to this UPS: something doesn’t work, they are different from other UPS stores, always “something”. Can you close this place and put something more useful instead? Like FedEx, for example? You should start from changing the team, service is horrible. Employees are super proud that particularly this location doesn’t have additional service which another UPS stores have.

Kandice is the best. She was so very patient and helped us with shipping packages. It was daunting, but her kindness and knowledge surpassed any customer service skills that I have seen in a long time. She truly deserves to be recognized.

Terrible company. Their trucks leak water, and my packages arrived all wet. This has been happening for years, and they don’t do anything about it. Irresponsible company

They scheduled delivery between 4 and 7 pm today but attempted delivery at 1:45 today when I wasn't home. Now I'm stuck waiting until tomorrow for the package I needed today. I'm hard of hearing so used their chat feature, but it is manned by an AI Bot that was of no use whatsoever. This is why I don't purchase from companies that use UPS. I'm surprised that with their horrid customer service that they are still in business. Now I'm stuck taking tomorrow off from work to get my delivery because their delivery windows mean NOTHING. Why have delivery windows if they don't make deliveries during the promised times. They were over 2 hours earlier than promised!

I've been going to this store for the past two years. All I can say is that I've received very good service, and the staff are very friendly and have a great attitude with customers, at least from what I've seen over the past two years.
