“Great price on gas which is why most people join here vs the far away Costco. Inside, there are some great deals on bulk volume goods too. We normally get things like the mixed nuts, food seasonings, and sometimes from their meat counter. There's a lot to shop for there so usually worth a walk through after getting fuel. It's spacious so nearly always nice to walk around and shop, but lines to checkout can be long on weekends. They will auto renew your membership so keep that in mind and might want to disengage the autorenew so you can hunt down a discounted membership renewal a month or two after it expires.”
“I have used Southend multiple times for two of my vehicles, a Nissan car and older GMC pickup. They have always delivered on the time they projected and I have double checked pricing for the same services at other places and I never felt as though I was over charged or talked into something that wasn't necessary. I plan on calling them Monday morning for something I need done.”

“We are very thankful for the great work done at this tire center today (June 9, 2025). We were driving on Florida Turnpike north towards Gainesville for a planned event that will take place in Gainesville on next day, June 10, 2025 and unfortunately got a flat tire around 2pm. We immediately pulled over to the shoulder of the highway about half miles before exit 86. We were not sure about if we can use spare tire as it has never been used. As we are Costco members and bought the tires from Costco last September, we then decided to get our vehicle towed to this nearest tire center where we luckily got an appointment by calling the center before we set up towing appointment. After our vehicle was towed to this center, we told Mr Evenor Meza, the technician at the front desk at the moment, what happened and our situation. He immediately got the paperwork ready and collected the key. He told me that he will see what he can do. Honestly we thought it would be fixed until possibly 7 or 8pm. We went inside Costco and got something to eat. In less than one hour, Mr. Meza called me and told me that my vehicle was ready and the flat tire can not be repaired and was replaced by a brand new tire for a prorated fee under warranty. We were thrilled and greatly appreciated. We would like to thank a lot Mr. Meza, his supervisor and his colleagues for fast repair of our vehicle, which allowed us to arrive in Gainesville on the same day and not to miss the event on next day.”

“I had a horrible experience at the Cafe inside the gas station. First they didn't have a clear area to make a line after waiting for 10 minutes to place my order the lady at the counter whent to the pick up counter and started taking someone who had clearly cut the line. After I told her that the line was here she game me an attitude anathema guy who cut me off wanted to fight me. To my surprise because the guy wanted to fight me I ended up getting thrown out of the store and the line cutter got his order. My name is Frank and I stand by this report that customer service at this store is based on weather they know you or not if you are their friend you can cut the line and they will defend you over anything.”

“Every time I go to this store Michael is amazing . He’s very personable and fun to talk to . I’m moving in a week and will definitely miss coming to this location and joking around with the workers & manager . Ever since I started coming to this store , they’ve been respectful and always willing to help . Definitely going to miss them when I leave (especially Michael ) !!! Great job !!!! The manager is also super amazing and down to earth . I look forward to seeing her and Michael when I visit this location . Also , I see a lot of bad reviews on Norma - she is a great manager who takes pride in her work and defends her employees. She is no push over but very personable.”

They have a variety of goods, breakfast and food choices, they can up their lunch options if they want to appeal there, but one of the best chicken spots is right next door! Lots of options for drinks, day and night, snacks, waters, and last minute items! The good coffee machine is broken, but they have Dunkin options.”

“Usually very clean. The bathrooms are showing age and are used by Dunkin Donuts as well. I don't know why someone always insists on breaking the slide lock off of the crapper toilet ?. What I don't like and the reason for 4 stars is the homeless sleeping on the sidewalks in the morning or begging from everyone that walks in the door.”

“Rec 90 non ethanol unleaded gas is available which is great if you have an older motorcycle or vintage car. Not many stations around have it, this does and it's from a separate hose so no ethanol gas gets mixed in with the non-ethanol”

IF YOU WANT ACTUALLY GOOD LATIN FOOD, like the most amazing and reasonably priced pork tacos, GO HERE! The tacos are full of flavor, and tender. The empanadas are ridiculously flavored. I fed three people for under 30 dollars with actually good food. This is rare in palm beach. Usually have to go to broward to get good food. Please go, and tip the person who works there. You won't regret it.”

“Heading out to Highlands County today and it's important I stop for gas while I can. Not the very cheapest gas in Palm Beach County but it was pretty good today as I took 16 gallons easily.
Convenient and quick, I was filled up and on my way. The station has seen better days with some trash in the lot and yes, the hand sanitizer dispenser by the pumps had been broken off.”
