Since we live so far away, I have been able to send pics of animal concerns to get an idea if I need to keep an eye on something or bring them in to be seen. “We took our little Itsy in because her incision from being spayed opened up that was done by another physician. We couldn't get in to see the vet who did the surgery. They saw Itsy even though she was never seen there before. Everything was okay. No infection. We couldn't take any chances with our little Itsy. She is precious. This was our first visit at Summit Boulevard Veterinary Hospital. This place was the cleanest veterinary hospital I have ever seen. The people were so kind. Every single person was exceptionally kind. Dr Demi (I can't remember her last name) was excellent, Barbara at the front desk, Tara & we met Marcos & Jasmine (I hope I got her name right) were so friendly & kind that we felt we knew them for a very long time. “I can’t express my gratitude for how Alfonso, the vet, and his father cared for my sick cat. I got the appointment for the next day. They checked everything during the visit and made me and my pet feel comfortable. I got all the time I needed to ask questions, and they even called me on a Sunday to give me the bloodwork results. I cannot thank dr oberto enough as she diagnosed my dog with a spleen tumor that came out know where. Unfortunately it happen so quick my dog Harley a westie had to be put down after 11 years. Her staff and the dr was very companionate and so heartwarming. Thanks dr and staff for that.”
“I love this place! The staff are all nice. Please see attached Pic. This is Kevin, he is one of the kindest employees there. You can tell by how he is administering the medications to my puppy. He has been the same caring person since the first day we met him. You are greeted by his smiling face and he will always be caring and informative. The vet is really knowledgeable and answers all questions we have. He is also very real and honest. His treatments have ben accurate and effective.
We got my puppy's ears cropped here as well and it was excellent. (See pic). They have a very specific procedure that you need to follow to ensure that you receive the best results. The incision was perfection and no signs and symptoms of infection if you follow their specific instructions. My puppy didn't even need to have his ears banded after the sutures were removed.
I trust this place with my puppy. If there was anything negative to say, it would be how busy it gets sometimes. However, your pet still gets individualized care and you never feel rushed despite the volume. If this is your first time there, don't let the volume deter you from the quality care they are giving. Give them a try. Keep up the great work guys! I really appreciate you for making this a safe space for my puppy to get great care.”
“Our family has been going through quite a lot, an alzheimers and bone cancer diagnosis of our parents, breast cancer scare, and now our PRECIOUS BABY cat is sick. “There is a reason this place has a 5 star average. I called them about my dog possible having a chicken bone lodged in his throat (he's incorrigible and greedy) and they gave me a same day appointment, which ended up also being a next day appointment because they needed to anesthetize him to be able to see down his throat. The first visit probably took all of 20 minutes and they told me not to worry about payment until the next day when everything was taken care of. That was a huge relief because every time I have take my dogs to a vet, I get nickel'd and dimed for every little thing and I always come away feeling like I have no idea what actually happened. The following day, I dropped my dog off, they were really welcoming, and he was super happy to be there, which isn't his usual attitude about the vet, and when I picked him up, they had cleaned his teeth, cut his nails, and removed a sharp chicken bone that had been bridged across his esophagus. The total cost for all of it was less than $600. If you have naughty dogs, you know how expensive it is to have them anesthetized and I was visibly and audibly relieved that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg for his buffoonery. The affordable cost aside, everyone in this office is a treasure and they actively engage in your pet's visits and treatment. You feel like family and you can be sure your pets are treated like family as well ?”
“We had to take our 12 year old black cat named Kingston to a vet. He is an awesome cat except for when we have to take him to the vet and we don’t have any idea how he knows where he’s going to but somehow he just knows. And he acts like he’s possessed. So of course we warn them about how he acts. I’m so glad that we found Dr Michelle and her staff from the minute we got there everything went great and of course Kingston made us out to be the ones who were crazy. And I loved that Dr Michelle has a dogs entrance and the other side is for cats. I loved how everyone that worked there was great. So I highly recommend West Palm Animal Clinic.”

The animal hospital is clean and the staff are always patient and kind towards us. They answer any questions we have. Dr. Fox has cared for MANY of my animals.
