“Luis & his son are the personification of 5 stars and they made the process very simple. Initially I put in a request on Yelp to get vehicle body work done on a fading paint mark and a minor lift in the rear of the vehicle. These gentleman responded back in 5 minutes. They quickly recognized the urgency in my request, as I drive a G63, Mercedes Benz G-Wagon which I paid 250k for. Instead of the traditional appt in a few days, they offered to come to me, and were at my residence in 20 minutes. They assured me quickly that the issues I had were cosmetic and could easily be corrected in less than an hr. It was about 2 or 3pm that day so they told me to stop by the next morning. I arrived at the shop at about 10am and they were done by 11am. The photos and videos of the work is posted below. “Professional, Honest Mechanic found!!!I have been having problems with my car for quite some time and was very uncomfortable allowing anyone to work on it, due to the fact that the last few mechanics that worked on my car proved to be very disappointing...Simple things like being charged for expensive brake pads, only to find they were cheap, squealed and constantly spew brake dust; having a tire patched which threw off the front end alignment; having the front end aligned (3x) and the steering wheel still wasn't straight and the car pulled to the right; having a "new" gas cap stolen and replaced with an old junk yard cap; having good Rain-X wipers removed and replaced with cheap ones that scratched the windshield. And the constant, deceptive "upselling" to put fear into the customer is sketchy and beyond nauseating. If I couldn't trust anyone with the "little" things, how can I trust them with major repairs?It was becoming endlessly frustrating trying to find a good, reliable, HONEST mechanic. Someone you can TRUST to only fix what actually needs to be fixed. Has our society forgotten that trust is hard won and easily lost? Society, as a collective, may seem to have no conscience, and yet there are still individuals out there who live by the Spirit.Just recently I was given the name and address of the owner of "R & T Auto Repair" in Lake Worth. He came very highly recommended for his excellent work, honesty and trustworthiness by a family that has been taking their vehicles to him for years.This gentleman hides nothing from you, doesn't mind answering your questions or showing you the parts he replaced and his work is EXCELLENT. He even called to follow up and make certain I was happy with the work! My car is now running to perfection! The parts and labor charge is fair and reasonable.
