“This place is exceptional. I went in be because I was rear ended and there was damage to the bumper and tailgate. Paul took a look and said he could have it fixed in 2-3 weeks depending on parts. I didn't have to do anything to get a rental vehicle. Enterprise is on site. I signed a few papers, got into the rental in the parking lot. I received text updates routinely letting me know the progress. 7 days after I brought my car in, I got a call from Paul letting me know the work was done. It looks like there was never any damage. “Take out your phone right now and add Southern Collision Center to your emergency contacts. Our college daughter was rear-ended on Hwy 95 and we had the good fortune of someone recommending Steve and Southern.
We live 8 hours away but she immediately felt taken care of and less overwhelmed. He made a bad situation feel under control and easy. For a first accident, that was everything.
