I am Maria, Genesis B.'s real estate agent, and I had the pleasure of working with Jessica, Chase's Community Home Lending Advisor, during my client's loan application process. Jessica was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. Despite the pressure I put on her to ensure everything was ready for our closing day, she never lost control and remained composed.
Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Her patience and kindness made a significant difference, and her bilingual skills were an added benefit. She was always available to address any concerns and went above and beyond to make this transaction successful.

I have my business and personal accounts, the cashiers are fiasco, they treat the customers very badly and the supervisor of the cashiers is worse, she is the one who teaches them to mistreat the customers, they never give the correct instructions and speak very badly to the customers.

This is the WORST Chase I have ever been to! This girl that I spoke to in the branch was sooo rude and did not know what she was talking about and was being so rude telling me to move to the side because she has customers as if I’m not a customer! SMH worst experience

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I walked in to open an account, and besides the guard, no one greeted us. We sat and waited. No one came to us or acknowledged our presence for a long time. Then, two ladies came out and immediately went to the first cubicle when they saw us. We decided to leave, and I saw one of them carelessly leaning on the desk and talking with the other.

The workers (Women) here are so rude, and Lazy. It’s early in the morning why the attitude, smh do better. The girl with the cut above her lip is the rude one.

HORRIBLE customer service by manager. Office manager puts her hand up at me within 5 seconds of our first encounter. They were all too “busy” to help. There were only two other customers when I walked in. One of the other customers noticed how rude she was being to me and said “some customer service”. It’s clear why this branch has so many 1-star reviews. I also called many times before finally going to the branch but no one answered. I heard someone pickup the phone twice and hang up immediately. This place needs training, starting with the manager- actually, they should just toss her out.

Walked in and waited to see a banker. They were both with customers so I sat and waited for about 30+ minutes. They have no sign in sheet. It was very apparent I was waiting in the waiting area. A woman walks in after I have been waiting for a long duration and is immediately greeted by the “busy” banker and asked “how can I help you today?” They schedule her an appointment completely ignoring my presence. I said “excuse me but I’ve been waiting” I left and won’t be using the branch both bankers made eye contact knowing I was waiting. I was ignored. Highly considering closing my Chase account as well and surely won’t be going back to this branch.

I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be helped but nobody except the security guard even said a word to me for the first 15 minutes. Finally someone just happened to walk past me and asked me if I’d been helped yet. When I said no he said it would be about 10 minutes before anyone could help me, so I left.

Disappointment with the service I received when trying to open an account with your bank. I had made an appointment as requested and was asked to come back when I had the necessary documents. However, when I returned with all the required documents, I was told that I could not meet with the representative I had previously spoken with and that I needed to schedule another appointment two weeks from now.

Worst service I ever received, was directed to sit in the lobby, waited for 10-15 minutes. When the next available rep finally became available she skipped me for some of her regulars she recognized that had just literally just walked in, When I spoke up, instead of helping she got an attitude and sent me back to the teller “ saying maybe she can help you faster”, after I had already waited for almost 15minutes while on my lunch break. I believe her name was AmandaSo I just left, as not to further deal with unprofessionalism
