“This location definitely treated me better than the other location, but I'm just going to give it 4-stars because it's just a bank.
I came in on a random morning and I wanted to deposit some cash. I went up to the drive thru and the ATP was out of service. I had to park and get out and I tried to use the ATP inside, it wasn't accepting my pin. For some reason, maybe I forgot it? (It's a new account so don't judge me.)
Meanwhile, this bank had maybe three customers inside it, tops.
I gave the attendant my ID and debit card and I tried many pins about 6 times before I realized 'Ok' now I really need help. Then the manager helped me reset my pin, offered me a credit card, and only then was a I finally able to make my deposit.
(It was literally only like a $28 deposit ?)”

“I have been renting from **** for the last 6 and a half years. I let my unit fall in default a few times within these 7yrs but has always came up with the money and the MANAGER that runs The ******* ******* division seems to hate when I came to pay the FULL AMOUNT, THE LATE FEES OF $30 AFTER 5 days the $100 after 30 days and the 2 or 3 months back pay, which use to be $125 a month and jumped to $180 a month no complaints. But every time I come to pay she tries to make an excuse to get my unit in auction statis. So after 7yra and 3 different companies taking over I finally fell on hard times due to loosing a job I had for the whole.time I had the **** unit and it came up for auction. I told them I wanted to get a smaller unit in February they told me I should of gave them a 10 day notice before the month was out, ok that's fair but I let another month go by now I'm in auction statis, I found the site where it was being auctioned and WONy unit for 230 which **** sent me a receipt for and went to retrieve my unit and she said that it was illegal and she wasn't going to sale it to me even if I did when them told me someone came paid online for it which it states on the RULES YOU HAVE TO BRING IN CASH so I asked how was that possible she kicked me out plusy Unit was empty before the AUCTION WAS OVER SO WHAT HAPPEN IF I WOULD OF CAME UP WITH THE CASH DIS THEY LET SOMEONE TAKE MY THINGS DID THEY DO A 'PERSONAL"sale out of ANGER I wanted question and was told I was being loud I think I got robbed by someone inside the company because AFTER 6 AND A HALF YRA THEY KNEW I had BRAND NEW CLOTHS BRAND NEW SHOES THEY KNEE I USE TO STORE A CAR IN THERE I just want to know why they did it and what happen to my things Children's toys from BIRTH pictures they threw in the garbage on the ground seriously but told me it was a ME PROBLEM NOT HER'S I left calmly and filed a Law suit because the things they took I had in there was PERSONAL TO ME Diplomas and Old Toys I had for my kids SMH.”
