“I opened an account online through the app and being 47 years old I’ve always known enough about computers to get by. Well apparently I had 4 accounts open and couldn’t send or receive Zelle. Went to this location today and was greeted with the door held open by Eric. I told him my situation that I needed help with and he asked me if I minded waiting it’s probably gonna be a little while and I said no problem. So I sit for about 5 minutes or so and he had a teller that wasn’t busy cover the door so he could help me. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he helped fix my situation and answer my questions. He’s a rock star😂 sorry for the long review, normally not like this. “This location definitely treated me better than the other location, but I'm just going to give it 4-stars because it's just a bank.
I came in on a random morning and I wanted to deposit some cash. I went up to the drive thru and the ATP was out of service. I had to park and get out and I tried to use the ATP inside, it wasn't accepting my pin. For some reason, maybe I forgot it? (It's a new account so don't judge me.)
Meanwhile, this bank had maybe three customers inside it, tops.
I gave the attendant my ID and debit card and I tried many pins about 6 times before I realized 'Ok' now I really need help. Then the manager helped me reset my pin, offered me a credit card, and only then was a I finally able to make my deposit.
(It was literally only like a $28 deposit ?)”

I’ve been banking with them for so many years and although there is a closer location to my home I drive all the way to them because they are so polite there. “We wanted to put in a well-earned, good word for, Angela, the Property Mgr. of the SROA 2241 Brown Rd., Hephzibah, GA 30815 storage location.
She has been very helpful during our unit rental of #505, and now with our upcoming moving out process.
Given the physical rental site damages & issues caused by Hurricane Helena now being addressed, a careless driver crashing a gate and fencing and being short-staffed, on top of it all.
She still has quickly resolves issues for us.
Like the current problem of the seldom used locked side gate access issue we faced, and bringing in our 26ft moving truck.
She personally insured us and that she would see to it, that the side gate old lock was removed, and the gate was opened in 30 mins of our calling her on a Saturday morning no less.
This extra effort on her part saved us hours of physical labor loading the moving vehicle.
Therefore, we wanted to make sure that, Angela gets some well-earned praise.

“I want to share my experience with two employees of PNC Bank. I walked in for a withdrawal and Narrisa greeted me and explained some important information to me about my account. She could have given me my withdrawal and left it at that, but she didn't. I made an appointment to speak to Haisha who also went above and beyond. She explained to me several things that was important, offered coffee/water and continue with more banking needs that I didn't know about. I was there for a while, I said that I would come back later. She said there's no need to, I'm here to help you. I can go on, because there's so much.
