“11 year customer with Mike, he is fantastic. I am smarter and wealthier because he takes the time to explain it to me and helps me make wise decisions. Results matter! There are those that claim they can, but AFG delivers year over year.”

“I opened an account online through the app and being 47 years old I’ve always known enough about computers to get by. Well apparently I had 4 accounts open and couldn’t send or receive Zelle. Went to this location today and was greeted with the door held open by Eric. I told him my situation that I needed help with and he asked me if I minded waiting it’s probably gonna be a little while and I said no problem. So I sit for about 5 minutes or so and he had a teller that wasn’t busy cover the door so he could help me. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he helped fix my situation and answer my questions. He’s a rock star😂 sorry for the long review, normally not like this. To sum it up, go here for new banking.”

“We wanted to put in a well-earned, good word for, Angela, the Property Mgr. of the SROA 2241 Brown Rd., Hephzibah, GA 30815 storage location. She has been very helpful during our unit rental of #505, and now with our upcoming moving out process. Given the physical rental site damages & issues caused by Hurricane Helena now being addressed, a careless driver crashing a gate and fencing and being short-staffed, on top of it all. She still has quickly resolves issues for us. Like the current problem of the seldom used locked side gate access issue we faced, and bringing in our 26ft moving truck. She personally insured us and that she would see to it, that the side gate old lock was removed, and the gate was opened in 30 mins of our calling her on a Saturday morning no less. This extra effort on her part saved us hours of physical labor loading the moving vehicle. Therefore, we wanted to make sure that, Angela gets some well-earned praise. BTW: If SROA Corporate HR, would like to better document the sincerity of this well-earned praise and comment, free to call us.”

“Amber, Iris and the team were kind and very informative. I walked and and the team were handling a Karen with so much kindness and attempting to find a solution but the Karen just wanted to keep ranting. However, the ladies handled that with class. I love coming to this branch!”

“I was with my buddy Bob. He had a check he wanted to deposit but did not have his account number. We pulled up to the window at the drivethrough. Bob handed over his Visa debit card and driver's license and asked the teller, Ryan, to look up his account number and put the funds there. The teller then asked if he knew that a check deposit could easily be made at the ATM. My friend was momentarily confused. Ryan said "Would you like me to show you how to use it?" A moment later we were shocked to see Ryan, the bank employee, outside waiting for us at the ATM. He gave us a complete lesson. He showed us exactly how easy it was to deposit a check this way and he clearly explained how it was actually better and more advantageous to deposit checks using this method. Wow... We were simply impressed and surprised to see this kind of initiative taken by a bank employee. And afterwards we talked about how unusual that sort of proactive customer service is.”
