“Got out of work yesterday evening (Easter Sunday) at 7pm and had a flat tire from a nail. Just before 8pm I was on my home with a freshly plugged tire. It took less than an hour from the time I noticed the flat for Mark to get to my job, fix the tire and send me on my way. Considering the holiday and the time of day I called, I thought that was super impressive. Very courteous and professional. Would use him again.”

“Amazing experience with Prestige Auto Repairs in West Palm Beach! They did an excellent job fixing my Range Rover, and we were so happy with their work that we also brought in my husband’s BMW. Both vehicles were repaired properly and are running great.

I’m gonna say buyer beware. Once I found the rims I really like which was also on other sites but this was the first site I found them I placed my order for 4 rims. They arrived a week later which is why I give 2 stars. However once I opened the box I can tell something was off. It wasn’t the same rim that was pictured online. I called immediately. When I was in the process of explaining the situation I didn’t even get to the biggest part and he cut me off and said let me guess we sent you the rim without the rivets. I said yes! He said well they don’t make that rim anymore so I’ll send you a shipping label to return the rims. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed I mean I live in a complete different state. This isn’t dropping off an small Amazon package. After thinking about the hassle I sent an email to the company that contained a resolution and that was about a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Never again. Just think twice and maybe shop on other sites before commuting to this one. Once the mistake is made on there part it’ll be your burden to carry.”
