Gentlemen in store know nothing about service. Eyeballing customers and phones in their hands instead of asking them what they are coming in to attain. New/or existing service, what type of phone and more. He is not customer friendly and is not obtaining business.

Went to Verizon to get a phone I had MetroPCS did not work out got to be expensive so now I switched and I like Verizon a lot better on my phone people can understand me when I'm talking on my phone Verizon is the best carrier I think it is not as expensive

Thank you for fixing my sons phone. It was ready in less than 30 minutes and for a great price!Edit to 2 stars. Glitchy screen soon after and stopped being responsive and entire screen fell off less than 3 months later. I didn’t have the time to bring it back so was outside of the warranty window. Money wasted.
