i called for someone to come to perfume section 3 different times and no one ever came lol. A customer service rep called on the intercom twice instead of helping and not one of the associates in the store knew if there was anyone that could help me.

Just witnessed an employee screaming at an elderly gentleman (along with his wife) in the parking lot. " F*ck you!" "F*cking little b*tch!" You should be proud to have employees like that representing your store (sarcasm).

They clean their toilets with toilet paper and water from the sink....have some standards atleast
