“Great service I drove 2 hour for a set of tire I got a great deal on them the owner even went out of his way to come down to the shop on Sunday they are close for business but he took care of me I will be take my lifted truck to custom wheel connection for future repair again great person and if he is this helpful I can only image the great work they do here and I work at a dealership and this the level of customer service we give our client felt really go to see another business give that quality of business”
“Edit: 12:00pm 4/21/22 I was contacted by Alex. He was able to understand my situation and offer a solution. The solution wouldn’t be right away however it was something I was ok with. The fact that he reach out to try to make it right is enough for me to use there services again. Sometimes customer just want to be heard and taken care of instead of being brushed off. Alex made me feel like I was heard. Thank you.Edit: 7:09pm 4/20/22 I got your response and emailed you the proof that I emailed the concern along with item order numberPretty disappointed with this experience. I’m gonna say buyer beware. Once I found the rims I really like which was also on other sites but this was the first site I found them I placed my order for 4 rims. They arrived a week later which is why I give 2 stars. However once I opened the box I can tell something was off. It wasn’t the same rim that was pictured online. I called immediately. When I was in the process of explaining the situation I didn’t even get to the biggest part and he cut me off and said let me guess we sent you the rim without the rivets. I said yes! He said well they don’t make that rim anymore so I’ll send you a shipping label to return the rims. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed I mean I live in a complete different state. This isn’t dropping off an small Amazon package. After thinking about the hassle I sent an email to the company that contained a resolution and that was about a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Never again. Just think twice and maybe shop on other sites before commuting to this one. Once the mistake is made on there part it’ll be your burden to carry.”

“These guys are passionate about rims and tires. I already knew I wanted rims and tires so I tried to just school myself about rims, scanning thru thousands of rims, actually just hurting my eyes and finally with a crack in my rim I made a decision to just do it get my rims and tires, so I call up Raw Wheels & Tires and spoke to a kid named Tyler, he is so confident, gave him what kind of car I have and he says come on in I already know what you need do I was only 30 min down the road so by the time I got there he showed me 2 different rims and he let me make the choice and I am absolutely happy with the pick, the “look” fits like a glove and the staff made sure I was riding smooth ? Highly recommend “”
