“Edit: 12:00pm 4/21/22 I was contacted by Alex. He was able to understand my situation and offer a solution. The solution wouldn’t be right away however it was something I was ok with. The fact that he reach out to try to make it right is enough for me to use there services again. Sometimes customer just want to be heard and taken care of instead of being brushed off. Alex made me feel like I was heard. I’m gonna say buyer beware. Once I found the rims I really like which was also on other sites but this was the first site I found them I placed my order for 4 rims. They arrived a week later which is why I give 2 stars. However once I opened the box I can tell something was off. It wasn’t the same rim that was pictured online. I called immediately. When I was in the process of explaining the situation I didn’t even get to the biggest part and he cut me off and said let me guess we sent you the rim without the rivets. I said yes! He said well they don’t make that rim anymore so I’ll send you a shipping label to return the rims. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed I mean I live in a complete different state. This isn’t dropping off an small Amazon package. After thinking about the hassle I sent an email to the company that contained a resolution and that was about a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Never again. Just think twice and maybe shop on other sites before commuting to this one. Once the mistake is made on there part it’ll be your burden to carry.”

“Today I got a screw in one of my rear tires on my BMW. I called here and the gentleman told me he could come around 2 o’clock. The gentleman texted me at 1:45 and said he was on his way and would be here in 30 minutes Arrived in that time and came and took care of my car and removed the screw from my tire and fixed it perfectly. I cannot say what a great service this is and a nice gentleman who runs this business save so much time. Yes, it’s a little bit more money but not to wait an hour and two and sitting in a waiting room waiting for your car to be done is such a convenience they have it done at your home , I will definitely use them again”
