After getting absolutely sick of Verizon's over the phone and even worse in person customer service we transferred all of our phone lines over to AT&T and they were very helpful and made it very easy to do, so listen people no matter how bad you think AT&T is i PROMISE Verizon is worse ESPECIALLY in their stores!!!!!!!!!
