Books-A-Million in Lakeland is a great store with an amazing variety of books, magazines, manga, collectibles, and gifts for everyone. It has everything from bestsellers and timeless classics to toys and autographed editions. Many love the store and its great sales. While some note it can take a few minutes to find help, interactions with workers are good. Customers wish for more hobby books and how-to guides, as well as places to sit and read or work. A common dislike is the constant push for magazine subscriptions. Overall, it is a favorite destination for knowledge and entertainment.

I'm a child of the 80s and there is something about a physical bookstore. This one is pleasantly laid out and organized in sections making it relatively easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Definitely will be going back after I burn through the books I purchased.
