COhatch is now open in Lakeland, Florida. This location is home to coworking, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, and more. Together with the sunshine and sand, the Lakeland location is the perfect place to work, meet, and live all under one roof. Come check out their first location in Florida! The rental spaces are nice with lots of options. The location is great, but parking can be a premium in downtown and can be hard to get, so visitors may need to walk a short distance. The Coldwell Banker office has meetings here very often and is always met with kindness, great service, and a great atmosphere. Customers highly recommend COhatch Lakeland. The facility is absolutely perfect - clean, modern, and aesthetically designed. The process is smooth and stress-free, and the team is professional and accommodating. The space itself is beautiful, and customers truly enjoy every moment. The Lakeland location's staff, such as Dana, is the nicest to work with and very prompt. While the coworking space is great with lots of floors and nice decor, it may not be the best for those with many random work Zoom meetings during the day, as it's not very clear if you can reserve or use any of the rooms when booking day passes.
CoHatch was an excellent venue for our event. We used their larger space for a Celebration of life. The room itself was an inviting space and was easy to quickly decorate. The view over the art district complimented the service and the staff was accommodating. Highly reccomend!

Nice rental spaces. Lots of options. Great location. However arrive early. Parking is a premium in downtown and IS hard to get. Expect to walk at least a short distance.
