“I randomly stopped by this location with my gals and was pleasantly surprised when we were greeted by Michelle and this amazing office space. She allowed us to tour the entire building and utilize it for a few hours to hold our work meetings. It was quiet, the wifi was strong, and I felt so comfortable and safe. I will definitely be back and will say the icing on the cake was Michelle's customer experience - exceptional! Thank you!”

“My kids and I took my husband here yesterday for Father’s Day and it was a complete letdown! It looks nothing like the pictures displayed on their website and just felt so dirty and rundown. The shoes were cracked and worn out with dirty shoestrings. I had to get a different size just to get a newer looking pair. It was literally $85 for 4 of us and $15 for one drink and a small order of mozzarella bites. But that wasn’t even the worst part! Out of all the lanes in this place, ours was the only one that kept breaking down. They literally had to reset it 6 times while we were there!!! No apology or offer of a discount of any kind. It was a horrible experience and we will never visit this place again.
Edit: My family and I decided to try this bowling alley again and it was a much more pleasant experience this time around. Our lane worked the entire time, all of our shoes were brand new and comfortable and the staff was so great and accommodating. Thank you, Johnny and Mike for ensuring that we had an awesome experience this time around. We will definitely be back!”
“My family came to have some fun time and when we walked in, they had a live DJ, who is playing some very inappropriate music for a family establishment. I brought it to the attention of Tammy who was a server. She understood why I was concerned and took my concern to her manager, Bobby, She came to our lane with a very nice apology not just from her, but also from her manager, who gave us a free pizza and a picture of soda they addressed the situation with the DJ And we all had a wonderful time. thank you, Tammy and Bobby, for understanding our concern and addressing it promptly !!!”

“This place is 10/10 would recommend. It’s spacious, the price was fair and working with the owners was a breeze. There was a slight mishap but The Black Swan Venue got it together. You should make this your Go-To Party Spot ??”
