“Kris (Samsung) , Sasha (Android), and Kyra (Best Buy mobile) were AMAZING TO ME TODAY. They were really well versed in the Samsung product I was interested in. They were SUPER patient and didn't make me feel like it was just another transaction. Sometimes electronic/mobile device purchases can feel like new auto purchases. That dealership process is grueling! It did not feel like that, though! Though lots of $ was spent, I don't feel like I just sold my right kidney, LOL. Just wanted to shout them out! To be fair, though, all of my experiences at this location have been awesome since my move to Lakeland in '23. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!!!!!! ?”

“My computer repair company went out of business, but when I called their number Steve at Computer Xpress answered my call. I explained my problem & he gave me a price for the repair. I dropped off my computer on my way to an appointment after discussing some other minor issues I was having. They called me when it was ready and I stopped by on my way home. Not only did they get rid of that irritating skype issue, but they cleaned the computer and fixed those minor problems I was having and still charged me the original price quoted! The best part is they are a lot closer to where I live and easier to get to. They stepped in and helped me and I appreciate their great service.”
