He also transferred the information from my old phone to my new one. His knowledge and professional customer service was over the top terrific. Today I had to stop in to ask about a couple issues that I was having. When I walked in he recognized me from my previous visit and greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Leo was knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it. Leo's knowledge of products and over the top friendly customer service make him a great representative for the company.”

I tried to call to ask them to change out the bread but nobody picked up, which is valid. It’s a gas station not a call center. Anyways, I love them but if anyone sees this please check your buns! I’m unable to go back up in person. 7 eleven I still love you. Amazing customer service/typically always a spotless location.”

“I live in the neighborhood, and frequent this gas station often. One Sunday I filled up at this 711 to drive out to Woodlawn Cemetery, an hour plus on the back roads, one-way. My tire was low, so naturally, I went inside to get change for air-which went up. I spoke with John while getting change, and asking why the prices went up, when it was lower at other 711's. He said it was because they were separate, so, he took time out to fill my tire with his own air compressor. I really appreciated that John.”
