Located in a rough part of town. Understaffed with only one person who couldn't answer any questions. Not nearly as well run or clean as their other locations in town and a difficult entry and exit out of their parking lot on to one of the busiest intersections there is.

Luz and Brian are just awesome , amazing , funny etc . They helped me and my mom get a phone and even recommended what works best and trending . They are the definition of customer service . I would definitely recommend their store to Friends and family ! Thank you both and God bless ?

I had gone to Cricket store off of N98,) near Walmart, they were rude because could not fix problem even after 8 times. At this store he fixed it within 3 minutes
