“I absolutely love this store. I'm 51 yrs old & hadn't ever shopped at TJ Maxx. Nope, never. The ONLY thing I guess I'd have a complaint with is the way the flow moves during checkout. But it isn't the worst, so it isn't worth the complaint. ?
It's always clean when I go in. I've been in several times at different times of the day. It's always very busy too. Never really see many employees out on the floor. But that's OK too. It just irritates me when some stores have people that can't seem to leave you be and let you spend your money lol
They have a wide variety of cool clothes even for us older folks and things for the home. I'm addicted now lol”

“I have to say that this store is so above to all the other furniture stores.
I bought an electric chimene and because I leave close to the store they did a free delivery to my home.
It took only 3 days, customer service excelente, the seller answered all my questions and show me different models.
I bought in Ashley furniture as well but I requested my money back since they keep blaming COVID for the months delay the same was with Havertys Furniture those stores were full of lies.

But I recently ordered my fiancé their wedding ring via jcpenney.com. it said it would arrive valentines day, however to my suprise it arrived on the 13th. Our wedding is on the 25th of this month. “Need to update your inventory as it shows items in stock on the website but they are out in the store. It was a wasted trip and ended up not buying anything because the two specific items we came for were not there. Actually, one item had one in stock, but it was damaged.”
“They are getting better at putting more on the shelves but they need to work on their dog and cat food owl I was in there today and there had a lot of the dog food on the cat aisle where they were nobody they just dropped it off wherever I guess cuz it doesn't it wasn't supposed to be on the cat aisle he had cans of dog food where the cat cat can food supposed to be It even had the tags on there where the cat stuff was supposed to be instead they put the dog food cans there”
“I don't want to give this place a bad review. Their prices aren't bad compared with other places in the area. I do price shop! However, they run out of stock often. I realize they can't always control it, but nonetheless, it's very frustrating”
