“I was in line today and a wonderful cashier I noticed that went above and beyond her job I witnessed her without hesitation help a woman who didn't really need the help but was struggling because she was recently in a victim in a car crash well she was struck crossing the road in a electric chair I was in the process of helping her myself when I froze in shock that the employee was not only doing her job and having a personal conversation with the customer but also assisting her with counting the money out putting the bags up safely on her electric chair and then opened the door for the lady to easily be able to exit the store then Immediately thanks me for being patient about the situation to which I said no Ma'am thank you for actually treating someone else like they matter that it was a pleasure to be able to see that for myself.....for me that 5 minutes restored a little faith in our world”
“I love this Dollar Tree and shop here regularly. I love the seasonal decorations, glass wear and dinner wear to set a fabulous dinner table. I've found unique items that are only at Dollar Tree. Kitchen gadgets that I didn't know I needed until I bought it and now use it every day. Staff are great! Donna, the other day, saw I was purchasing a larger item and brought a bigger bag for me to put the item in. It was very thoughtful and great customer service. I tell everyone about this Dollar Tree!!!”

I asked her where was a drop cloth. Went to the bathroom and she had it on the counter. Store was empty and she stayed busy taking control and care for the store. Ill be coming back”
“Dollar Tree is great. It's the best place to do crafts that's for sure. If you're a crafter there you go just have to watch some of the prices on some stuff cuz you never know what the prices are anymore so they do have price finders where you can check prices at least at the ones I go to but it just sucks that you don't know the prices unless it's tagged on there the price”

“I moved to Lakeland 5 years ago April 2018. I have been shopping at the Lakeland Store on New Tampa Hwy and Wabash Ave. at least 3-4 times a month. The products and food goods are excellent. The store is clean and the people who work there are friendly and very helpful. It has gone through several up grades and has gotten better each time. I still am shopping at this store and happy with the lower prices. JIM”

“Surprised with the quality of this dollar general. Besides it being a bit sketchy I thought it was pretty good. They employees weren't jerks and the prices for the specific items I bought were actually good deals which are unlike the usual prices at dollar stores. I got a zero sugar electrolit drink for 2.75 at CVS it would have been 3.79. It's conveniently located near Lakeland regional, and the tax collector.”

“I must say my experience here was horrible until I met Dee she helped me so much. Dee help me get my order. I couldn't find a lot of things and she made sure she found every single item that I needed. My goodness If it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't have got the tip that I got. She was dealing with one customer that just would not stop yelling at her and she handled it so well. I was amazed at how well she handled the situation and de-escalated the situation. “I always go to dollar general because it's close to the house, but I want be going back there because this is the second time someone said that I need to check ✔ the bar code on the back and see if it matches the price. That's not my job 😒,and I'm not a thief. They change employees a lot. But my point is that I let the employees know that this is what the label says and if it was a price change they sure had change it or take the label down until they can change it 🤔 🤷. It's not my job to be checking the bar code to make sure that the price is correct. Oh just to let the company know that they put out to many carts out on the sale floor to stocks the shelf for sale, because you can't go down the aisle. We were preparing for a party for Grand Jewelers Exchange and Loan, and what could have been a stressful day turned into an experience filled with ease, kindness, and genuine appreciation for the way Aldi operates.
Walking into Aldi always feels refreshing. The store is bright, clean, and organized in a way that makes you feel calm instead of overwhelmed. On this visit, we needed a large variety of items for our event. Snacks, beverages, fresh produce, and specialty items were all on the list. Every single thing we needed was there. The shelves were full, the products were fresh, and the prices made it possible to stay within budget without sacrificing quality. It is rare to find a store that consistently delivers both value and excellence, but Aldi does it every time.
What stood out most was the feeling of reliability. When you are planning something important, you want to know the store you choose will come through for you. Aldi did exactly that. The produce was vibrant and fresh, the snacks were unique and crowd pleasing, and the beverages were priced in a way that made stocking up simple. It felt like Aldi understood what we needed before we even walked in.
The staff added an emotional layer to the experience. They were kind, patient, and genuinely invested in keeping the store running smoothly. Even during busy hours, they greeted customers with a smile and kept the checkout lines moving quickly.
