Not only is there only "1 tech" working on the weekend for corporate pigs who save labor hours to make a better bonus, but I don't even get greeted to bring in my flat that takes "2-3hrs" to fix.

I pulled up just after they opened because my tire needed air in it, and when I tried to motion for the employees' attention, he started to scream filthy language at me and called me very filthy names! I just sat there in shock.

Absolutely unacceptable service! I handed over my vehicle to this firestone on Sunday 12/29/24 to complete routine maintenance based on recommended service by manufacturer and before asking them to complete anything, I requested they complete an inspection to verify the condition of my vehicle. Upon inspection, no mechanical issues, no sensors or check engine indicators were found. After completion of routine maintenance they suggested, which only consisted of a fuel system cleaning with spark plug replacement, engine tune up and oil change, they handed my vehicle back to me with mechanical issues, engine roughness, multiple sensor and warning lights. I purchased my car new and maintained service records every year. I have never had any issues with my vehicle because I keep up with my maintenance. Less than 1 day after service and less than 10 miles driven, I'm unable to accelerate beyond 35 mph, multiple sensor and warning lights are on and Im unable to drive my vehicle safely. I need someone from corporate to contact me asap and I will return my vehicle to be serviced properly and restored to the condition they verified when I handed my vehicle over or better.

They do not know how to mount tires here and do not have the equipment to mount tires apparently.

It's absolutely ridiculous that a scheduled tire repair takes over 2 hours. I mean it's just a plug. This always happens at this location. They complain about being under staffed. What's the point of an appointment if I have to wait 2.5 hours for a tire repair. And I'm stuck coming here because I bought the road hazard and alignment.

We will never go back to this location. My daughter took our car in for servicing to the Lakeland location. It turned out to be an unnecessarily expensive trip for her since she is a college student paying her own way.
- They did not verify we had a lifetime front end alignment prior to billing us for one.
- They did not provide oil change options to my daughter, and billed her $122 for a full synthetic oil change, without giving her the price up front.
- She was billed $74 for a $69 tire, when we had road hazard insurance.

I will never go to a Firestone location ever again. Please never give your business to this company. As a young woman (who doesn’t know much about cars) I was completely taken advantage of.
I normally take my car to a mom and Pop shop that charges fair prices but I recently moved to lakeland. One day when I started my car it was shaking badly so I took it to a Firestone and asked them to see what was wrong with it so suddenly. I also asked if they could do an oil change on my car since it was that time.
A man called me back later and told me one of my coils was dead and the others were in bad condition. He quoted me $815 to replace them. I told him i was unable to afford that and would pick my car up the next day.
When I went to pick my car up they charged me a $120 diagnostic fee and $99 to change the oil. The day prior I was never told there would be a fee to have them look at it and wouldn’t have done either services if I was told these costs. Granted I expected some sort of fee for them to look at it but would’ve never imagined $120.
At my mom and pop shop I have consistently been charged $70 for an oil change. When I called them after this they told me they could replace my coils for $475. Even though I live far from the shop it is worth it to me to give my business to honest people and not to disgusting crooks. If you are reading this I urge you to please never give your business to this company.

I bought 4 tires. I asked to have to have the best tire for my full sized spare. When they were finished, I went to check the spare. The tire was just placed in my trunk. They didn't replace it with my spare! I had to have an alignment. The mgr did give me a discount, (at least that's what he said.) It's bad enough their tech broke my A/C last year & refused to be held accountable. It's too hot to have no A/C! The tech even left his tools under my hood! I wrote the headquarters last December when I couldn't get any resolution. I haven't heard anything from them. Had I not had to use my Firestone card, I wouldn't have gone. They used to be a good company. Maybe it's the pool they have to choose from. Simple repairs turn into $$$$. There was an older lady who just needed a battery. I overheard the mgr. tell her they found something else wrong. I was told I needed brakes when I'd had them checked out and they were okay. All I can say is be careful. Lakeland and Winter Haven are the ones that I visited.

They got me in quick and did an excellent job on my alignment. They also notified that I had a leak in my radiator which I will follow up with them to get it replaced. Highly recommend them, very professional

very bad service and very mistreated customer service, the manager does not know the work he is doing and is in a bad mood and the mechanics do not know how to do their job, I bought some new tires and he did not want to give me the discount on my tires and they were on sale at that time, the car after it left the shop started having more problems and I went back again to explain to them and they told me that it was no longer their business, I give it 0 stars and I hope that the real owner of this business reads this message and please to all the people who are thinking about taking their car to this firestone don't do it, they are going to break your car, they are not real mechanics

May 7th, 2024 Free Oil Change under warranty. A-Team Rocks, not only did the multi point service reveal vehicle tires, etc, brakes are all goid, imagine the durorise when the team discovered I had a newly cracked oil pan and engine oil leak from the top.
I'm older, make sure to get my vehicle serviced to maintain vehicle life and extended warranty.
The A-Team found the two crucial oil leak issues, which I never would have known about. My vehicle has an under and over the engine sheld cover. I just thought the icon for service was a low oil life icon. To my surprise, the oil was less than two quarts.
Warranty paid for the new oil pan, Firestone performed work the same day, safe now for the dealer to perform their warranty service. As a vehicle owner if I waited I would have not met my obligations to main the vehicle warranty, would have not been covered for the warranty work and jeopardized my coverage under the premium service plan.
People if you want to take care of your vehicle[s] go to Firestone, it simply doesn't get any better, thank you Juan Rey Manager of Tire Sales, thanknyou Mahendra Pradhad Store Manager, thank you Nate, and Pete Medina Service Manager, because of you and your A-Team I know I am ALWAYS taken care of in the Best of the Best Customer Service, by The A-Team!
