Service (battery replacement) was completed quickly but I was surprised that a warranty replacement battery had a service charge. Usually warranty replacement have been free of charge at other vendors

They were very honest people. They explained to me exactly what was going on. I came in for one thing and pointed out other things that needed to be done.
