Pointed me to a company that took care of me in minutes. I’ll be going back here because they are good and on time mechanics.”

They may be located 45 minutes from where I live, but has been by far and experience that I haven’t seen in a lot of locations from the young lady who works there to Brandon and Nathan. They have made the process. Smooth for me, which has been appreciated because I have been going through a lot in the past couple of days. “I had a great experience at Lakeland Auto Mall used cars. I had shopped around quite a bit before I came in and had some very bad experiences. It had seemed like everywhere I went just tacked on fee after fee to the otd price and by the time they were done they would tack on 15-20%. But Greg was great and we managed to word a deal over the phone and when I go there, there were absolutely no surprises at all. It really was the best experience I had at a dealer in quite a long time and would gladly go back.”

“I called this shop at 1:20pm on Saturday and Jesus the owner, still allowed me to bring my dad's car in that day. All the other shops said no; bring it on Monday. They all close at 2pm. Jesus fixed my air conditioning even though it had some unexpected issues. I was charged a great price and left the shop around 3:45pm. I made an appiontment for two other issues. Jesus got me the car back the same day after looking all over for a part which he had his son Joshua go pick up. If you are looking for a family owned business with an honest macanic that goes the extra mile to help his customers then you have to bring you car to their shop! Pleasant and professional to work with!”

I originally went to Firestone, and they were about to charge me way more than I should have paid. I decided to head next door to Tire Kingdom, where Victor took great care of me. He got me everything I needed, saved me at least $400, expedited my tire order, and even called me the very next day to let me know they were ready because he knew I needed to get back on the road.
That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Victor went above and beyond, and because of him, I'll never go anywhere else. If you're looking for honest service and someone who truly cares about his customers, go see Victor!”

“Ben and Louis were absolutely fantastic when working on my Ford Explorer ST. They completed a fluid change on the front and rear differentials, the transfer case and the transmission. Also installing a PPE aluminum transmission pan and a AWR rear differential brace. While this may seem like a relatively simple service, anyone who is familiar with the Ford (10R60 or 10R80) 10 speed transmissions knows how incredibly sensitive they are to fluid levels. They have to be filled with ULV fluid, which needs to be between 206-217 degrees in order to get an accurate measurement and as little as a cup of fluid high or low can result in erratic shifting and other issues. The guys at Hamlet went the extra mile to ensure that everything on my vehicle, including the finicky transmission were 💯 good to go. Thanks you so much for your excellent service and attention to detail.”
