“I attended services today in Lakeland for Mr Haynes. This Funeral Home did a marvelous job. So very proud to see a young black man doing such a great job. His staff was poised, the singing and saxophonist was awesome. I’m from Riviera Beach and we were very impressed with how the Funeral Director excuted the service.???”

“In response to Ms. Thorn's review: The unfortunate circumstances surrounding the grave not being opened was out of the control of the funeral home. Her grandmother was buried the next day at 2:30 and there was indeed a family member there for the entirety of the burial including the filling in and smoothing of the dirt and the flowers put in place. The immediate family was also on the phone at the time. The immediate family was pleased with the services and understanding as well as compensated for the opening and closing of the grave and set up. As for the "2 hours before a word was spoken"...that was the 2 hour viewing and visitation before the funeral service. The funeral home strives for excellence in serving families with compassion and integrity. Misinformed reviews by family members who were not present at the time of arrangement or involved in rectifying a mistake do nothing but prevent other families the service they deserve and can rarely find somewhere else.”
