Rivera. Jaquasious Johnson treated us like family from the very beginning and cared for us in a way that went far beyond our expectations. Our family was coming from three different places--Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Puerto Rico; and Florida--and Jay made sure our dad was lovingly cared for until we were all able to arrive. During our pain, desperation, and uncertainty, he comforted us and reassured us that our father was in the best hands. Jay stayed in constant communication with us throughout our journey to Florida, helped plan the funeral service, and even found a beautiful place for our father's burial. He met us outside of office hours and was always available to answer our questions, even after work hours. What could have been an overwhelming and heartbreaking ordeal was met with compassion, patience, and genuine care from someone who began as a stranger but is now a true friend and brother to our family. Jay made us feel like family. He was always thinking inside the box--keeping things chill (literally!), bringing closure with style, and guiding us every step of the way.
