This place has everything. It's a little pricey but there's much to choose from. If you buy shoes here check to make sure the shoes are sturdy, tug at the seams...ect...I bought a couple pair at different times and they fell apart within a few days after purchase.

I go to several GW stores and this one was overpriced and shelves were overcrowded. Prices were way too high. Dressing rooms I have never seen such dirty fitting rooms. Clothes on the floor. I will NEVER go back to this store. Sizes were not in the right spot I understand that things get moved. I will continue to go to the Goodwill Bins and the store by 70 I believe it's considered Manasota GW.

prices are okay here, but a little high. there’s a very small selection of men’s clothes and shoes. almost all sizes in this area are XL. i don’t love that they waste a bunch of space with new/non-second hand items.

Very expensive for it to be a thrift store. Will not be coming back to this one, but did find some shoes that I liked. Its a big store that has potential, buy sadly non-friendly prices. :(

$14.99 for a pair of used heels, $5.99 for a broken kids toy model car. I thought this location was expensive compared to other locations in the Polk county area.

Employee has tested positive for Covid and they allowed him to work. Now other employees are sick not to mention how many customers have been infected. I immediately resigned. My advice is to stay away.

Prices are high. I bought a steam iron thinking I got a deal, only to find it for the exact price at Walmart. Never coming here again.

It was very clean. Rows were tidy. Was able to find what I wanted with ease. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Be carful when you use Apple Cash when checking out.
I wanted to do two transactions so I use my Apple Cash first, it took my money but still owe the full amount.
I wasn’t able to get my money back and one of the managers told me that they didn’t receive my money but my money is not back into my account .
They also told me I can pay what’s left but would have to leave my items with them until they receive the full amount. I was so upset walking out of there with nothing.

A NASTY brown haired "mother" with SEVERAL blonde haired kids sit in the toy aisle EVERY TIME,SEVERAL DAYS A WEEK and let's her kids run wild. They hurt my disabled child and she barely did anything, employees legally can't so I understand. Just be warned not a child friendly place, too many bad kids

Goodwill has gotten extremely pricey. They say their overhead has increased, I guess that means their rent, electric and water. I don’t think their employees wages have increased, nor has ours. The general public has less disposable income and higher overhead like everyone else but unlike the Goodwill, their consumer base and their retail counterparts, do not get free items to turn around and sell for profit, a charity status for taxes, and cash donations at the registers. Some of the stuff they are gouging people for is slightly less than what the regular retailers are selling it for brand new. It’s ludicrous to pay such high prices for a used item with no warranty and with no option to bring back if it doesn’t work or is defective for just about what you pay for the same item new that you can return to the store if you have a problem with it. Then they have the nerve to ask for more money when you check out. Nice store but like all the others way, way overpriced as of late. Due to their pricing, I’ll no longer be supporting the Goodwill Restore Mission.

Normally have a regular experience here and have been coming for years but today (4-26) around 2pm I was checking out and the older cashier lady asked if I wanted to Round up and I said no thank you. And she said “I’m just going to add one penny for the round up.” I know it’s only a penny, but you’re already charging double and sometimes triple what you used to and now add an extra charge when I politely declined? If I say no then that means no. Just seems a little weird guys.

I stopped in today on a whim and was so thankful for the kindness shown to me by the woman who checked me out at the register. She made my day! Found a few cute finds too!
