“As a veteran I love the discount they give every day with no hassels. Lowe's is my go-to for almost all home improvement. Returns are pretty simple, with just the card you used or your phone number. But they've tightened up the no receipt returns, they just don't do them. I wish they would do better with their lumber. It's okay if you just need a few pieces but if I have to get a bunch, I go to the other box store. The quality is just better there.”

“I had a really good experience shopping at Lowe’s. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed much faster. They have a great selection of home improvement materials, tools, and appliances, and the prices felt fair compared to other stores.
The staff was friendly and willing to help when I had questions, and I appreciated that they took the time to point me in the right direction. Checkout was smooth and quick as well.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was a bit hard to find assistance right away in some departments, but overall it was a positive experience and I will definitely continue shopping here.”
