I did not end up renting here as my plans changed. However I did want to give a special shout out to Esther who was helping me throughout the touring, and application process. Esther is very sweet and helpful. If I decide to move to Lakeland again, this is the first apartment complex I'm reaching out to. Thanks again

I've been here for 3 years now and I'm very satisfied with everything! Our new property manager Esther has been very helpful, very welcoming and easy to talk to! I love her personality! She's very sweet, understanding and will listen to your concerns. This property is very quiet and well maintained.
