On September 23rd 2024 I went to Metro here on Combee there was two very rude girls that spoke a different language and I believe they were talking about us in their language I don't appreciate that it was a terrible experience and I don't know if I'll ever go back there if they are there

I brought my mom there to pay her phone bill and it is a metro pcs phone number and they don't work with them even though t-mobile brought metro pcs but they didn't want to help her pay her bill even though she had the money so I had to find a metro pcs store 😒

The worst thing is the manager who works there comes and tells you I don't have change and for next month you will pay less and it's lies why he doesn't add it to the account like he says and always says I don't have change or I don't have a receipt and this happens every month with different people really the worst thing is the man who works there

The store manager Donny 3013at the Combee location in Lakeland, Fl is awesome considering everything I had to go through to get my device working which took 3 days and 2 stores and numerous calls , it took the store manager himself to get my device working because he knew what he was doing and wanted to help. if I could give him 10 + stars I would no regrets.

Slow employee, you come in to purchase a phone and open account and they take ppl who walk in 20 mins after you so they can pay theyre bill before even attempting to assist you

My phone flashlight has never worked. They're in a hurry to get you in and out. I had to transfer my own photos and phone numbers without the help of the associate.
