The techs were wonderful - receptionists were not to be found. I even found one in the back lunch room who wouldn't come out to help. Several of us waited about be 20 minutes to finally have a tech help us. Fix this please!

The absolute worst in customer experience. No manager to talk to. Location moved yet no information given to returning clients. Noone anwswered the phone. No consideration for time of the client. Buyer be ware. Im taking my money to a company where I am considered. You should too.

Probably the worst eye doctors ever not only did they failed to advised that they moved locations but also couldn’t see my kids for me being 15 mins late when they are the one obligated to inform patients of any relocations…horrible front staff was calling for 25 minutes straight and after having me on hold they hung... read full comment
