“Angel was so compassionate! I just recently lost my child’s father and he did his best to assure me that GC is really family oriented and will do all they can to make sure I’m able to retrieve my items back! He showed love in a way I didn’t think strangers showed anymore! And also Ricky was a good help as well and led me to the right place ! I appreciate the GC Pawn Family for being there for me and my sons during this difficult time! Much love the Woods Family”

“My name is Maria- I go by Nelli, I’ve been shopping with this company for over a decade. From Kissimmee, Tampa, to here Lakeland. I knew the previous manager who was a sweetheart and I know they’ve changed people… which has been AMAZING. The crew there right now manager to the newest member are the absolute nicest. They will legitimately go out of their way to make sure you get what you came in for and you leave in a good mood. I’ve gone there with nothing , just having an off day window shopping to lighten the mood, and the crew there took it over . For the parents that are worried to bring your kids in, this store is now 100% family friendly. Every person there treats you as friend. It’s refreshing and not something you come by with big corporations nowadays.”

“This couple (not sure their names) but they are always very helpful and patient with us. They do not rush us and let us shop in peace. Me and my wife bought a 60 inch flat screen tv from them, two monitors and very soon, might be buying a Mac all-in-one computer. If tyler does not show up lol”

“I spoke to Pete the manager, he was extremely helpful. I’ve had some chainsaw stolen from me. He was simply able to confirm whether or not he has recovered any chainsaws the last 2 weeks & he even told me the brands he does have in store at the moment. I’ve called all the other local pawn shops in the area and pretty much all of them except for “West Coast Pawn and gun” have been extremely rude & not helpful. For some reason, they’re all extremely rude and telling me that they’re not gonna give me any information, even though there is some generalized information they are allowed to give me. They refuse to help. But Pete at this location again who’s the manager, was more than helpful in helping me try to pinpoint what pawnshops may or may not have my property. I hope he has a wonderful week.”
