Staff is only sometimes helpful, it seems like they always have new people who don't know much. There always seems to be something wrong with my order if I order online and sometimes they don't want to fix it. They also got rid of all the art supplies which makes it more difficult if you're taking an art class.

Had to pick up some books for my beautiful bride Students were very helpful guiding me to the book store. The line was long but moved very quickly. The staff were very accommodating.
