The facility is clean and the layout of the lockers are simple to follow! The location is ideal but I ultimately decided on century storage because of how quick and eager Cinthia was to help me out at closing time, even offering to let me check out the size of the unit before deciding! The carts they provide are also a big bonus!”
“My experience started out a little confusing, but as I got to know the staff in that let me know their procedure and their policy it got a lot. I’ve got a lot better. They changed after pretty quick, but I have ended up with some really great people that I’ve worked with their has been a few oh one in individuals that was pretty complicated to work with but other than that, the other two managers and the current manager has been absolutely amazing and very, very understanding and his works with me very much. I had no complaints with him at the moment. It’s just communication is the most important thing as long as you have communication and I will help you with anything you need.”

“Highly recommend Acorn storage. My husband and I moved from Illinois to Florida due to a job transfer. He had reserved a smaller storage unit online. We realized would need a larger unit once we got into our apartment. They were able to accommodate us with a larger unit right away. The units are clean and climate controlled. We recently rented a uhaul another easy process. They have been so great to work with! And the friendliness of the staff is another high mark. They provide customer service and are so helpful and friendly which you don’t find much of these days.”

“Excellent service by Brandon specifically. He was right there to greet me as soon as I pulled in. He also not only helped guide me and my trailer in when I'm sure that is not his job he stuck around and coached me on the inner workings of this town. It was brutally hot outside and he did all of this with a chipper attitude and a smile on his face. I have never met a more friendly and helpful person at any sort of business let alone an after hours storage facility. I guarantee this man brings in customers over and over again. Please give this man a raise I don't care what he's making he deserves more.”

“Before working with Century Storage, I did what most people do — I read the lowest reviews first, then the highest, just to get a real feel for how the place operates. I’m also realistic and understand that reviews usually only tell one side of the story.
Based on a couple of the older reviews, I’ll admit I had some hesitation going in. That said, I can confidently say my experience has been 100% positive, which is why I wanted to share this review to help others who may be evaluating this business.
Communication has been excellent. I’ve probably had to call around four times during the initial onboarding process, and every interaction has been helpful and professional. On one occasion they didn’t answer immediately, but they called me back in less than two minutes — and the first words out of their mouth were, “We missed a call from you and wanted to see how we can help.” That really stood out to me.
The staff has been easy to work with at every step. I’m moving my coach about 240 miles from the Keys to this location because it puts it much closer to the places we actually use it — Disney, various beach towns, and other central Florida spots.
So far, everything has been smooth and well handled. I’m very glad I made the move and would absolutely recommend them.”
