“The movers did a really great job and got everything done in the estimated timeframe. They arrived early, got to work right away, and were pleasant the entire time. “After some unexpected life experiences, I needed to move my items quickly. I looked for moving companies open on the weekends and M&K was only 1 of 2 in Lakeland that was open when I needed them. I called Saturday morning and by 1 PM they showed up at my apt. I only had 2 boxes packed by the time they came, but I told them my plans for everything and kept packing while they moved the furniture. I also had a couple extra requests besides just A to B moving, where half my items needed to be put in storage and everything else into my new location, and they kindly did it for me! I moved about 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining, and kitchen's worth of boxes and furniture for about 4 hrs of work. The price was the same as what I paid for a different moving company over 10 years ago that only moved 1 bedroom, 1 bath and took 2 hours, and that was with preparation on my part. Can't imagine how much those other 2 guys would have charged me for this move now! I had no one to help me move/pack, so it was the extra care they took that made all the difference. Thank you so much M&K Family Movers for your hard work on my last minute move, and for being available on a Saturday! Literally couldn't have done it without them.”

“John David, Andrew, and Marquis along with their supervisor Hector went above and beyond to get our Pods door in jammed. Our mover who packed our job did a horrible job packing and they took pictures for us, were kind, patient, and a joy to work with. It’s hard to find people who have this kind of work ethic anymore. They went the distance and beyond. They deserve every customer service award coming to them. Thanks guys!”
