“McFarland’s Shoe Repair is as good as it gets. Jim McFarland, known as “America’s Cobbler,” is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work.
The quality of the repairs and restoration is outstanding, the pricing is fair and the turnaround time is excellent. Jim is a fourth-generation cobbler with more than 20 awards for his craftsmanship, and it shows in the finished product.
If you need boots, shoes or other leather goods repaired or restored, I can’t recommend McFarland’s enough. Lakeland is fortunate to have this level of craftsmanship right here in our community.”
“I'm an older lady, but I really got into their clothing. I understand the draw too. Very chic, very classy and good quality. The cologne the store carries, is stunning. I didn't purchase anything at that time, but definitely will in the future. They've got a pair of rhinestone studded jeans- front AND back, too on offer. The establishment appears to be able to dress you to to bottom, highly recommend a look! This store is eye candy”

“I bought 5 pairs of shoes, 2 jerseys and 3 pairs of Nime sweat pants for my daughter, wife, and I. Gabi & Sofia helps us, the were great. Great customer service, great attitude and even the manager Dani helped us. We had them running back and forth getting us different sizes and shoes until we found what we wanted. No complaints, or issues when we asked for them to get something else. Awesome customer service. After we left, I came back with my youngest son to get hime a pair of shoes and we found the closed. They had just dropped the gate, but when Sofia saw me she asked Dani if she could let us in, and Dani gladly opened the gate and let us in and we bought another pair of Jordans. So I bought 3 pairs of Jordans, and 3 pairs of mixed Adidas and Nike, plus some Jerseys and Nike sweat pants. I had them running all over the store and never once did the service diminish. Bailey at the Lakeland fl store was the most helpful and knowledgeable sales person I have interacted with in some time. She answered questions and provided additional information. Excellent employee for your brand.”
“Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with getting what I needed even when they didn't have the size I needed in stock. They just ordered them and they arrived in just a couple of days.
When I returned the shows I ordered went on sale while waiting, and they refunded the difference of the original price.

“Nova is the little sister to Crush. It has the same items that Crush carries just on the other end of the mall. Same selection of shoes and accessories just a smaller location. They have been serving the city of Lakeland for over 9 years. Check them out and see what you can find. My Mom loves their shoes and I love their jewlery and purses they offer. The employees are very friendly and are willing to help. Happy Shopping!”

“I visited this store looking for a specific shoe multiple times and unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. I called back several times and spoke to Anthony. He was very helpful and even suggested to take my number down and called me back when the shoe was in stock! I never experienced that level of customer service from a shoe store and felt like this should definitely be acknowledged. The customer service was unmatched! Give this man a raise. Update!: SO, I never got my sneakers, but store manager Kelli was very proactive with resolving this issue and getting me my refund*. She literally went above and beyond and didn’t stop until my refund got processed. These days, it’s few and far that you see retail workers truly caring about the customer and meeting their needs. What really got me is how she actually called me back the same day with a real solution. You typically NEVER get a call back when you hear “we will give you a call back”, but Kelli did and I genuinely appreciate her for that 🥹.I’m pouring out in this review because I also work retail, and it makes my day to help a customer resolve an issue.”, so I hope this review makes Kelli’s day. “To me this is more of an urban shoe store. They usually have the latest shoe that comes out and a large range of other popular shoes you may be interested in. Their cloths are pretty nice and the employess are friendly. They also play the latest hip hop or rap music in the store and they don't mind if you buss a move lol. Its a pretty good place to shop.”

“This store has not only built it's reputation on bringing the best running apparel and products to it's customers, but has also set up the most welcoming and inclusive running community around. I started coming here in January and have had amazing experiences each and every time, both being fitted for the best running shoes I've purchased and coached towards why they would be great for me prior to seeing them in action. The whole team is beyond knowledgeable and welcoming but I will still give credit to Tanner, Marissa, Lake, Lonnie, Khiem and Tyler for all they do both in shop and out at Run Clubs.
