His Patience with my wife, and I over exceeds professionalism when it came to answering all our questions. He not only helped me select a boot I liked. He saved a sale for the store, because the Durango boot I liked had factory defects; and scratches that clearly a previous client had caused. When I was ready to walk out Richard maintained conversation, and interest in my needs. After more than 45 min he not only sold me the right size, but he upsold me a more expensive boot, belt, and insoles. I thank him for his time, and I truly appreciate him educating me on the ostrich boot I ended up purchasing.”

He was very helpful and even suggested to take my number down and called me back when the shoe was in stock! “i had an amazing experience at this location thanks to kaiya! she noticed me wandering aimlessly around the children’s section (unbeknownst to me) holding shorts that ended up not even making it past my lower thighs when trying them on, and took pity on my poor helpless soul by offering her assistance. rather than simply showing me the size chart after seeing how hopelessly clueless i was, she helped me pick out multiple pairs of jeans in various sizes to help me figure out which one fit me best. she also helped me explore different styles that i was unfamiliar with, which helped me leave with the perfect pair of jeans that i never would’ve tried without her help! very happy with my experience there today, and her name is neat as well.”

“Usually have a great experience but on this day I when to get shoes and I had to get display shoe last 10.5, I asked if I could get display shoe cleaned and first she said No they don't do that until I told her the guy at Mall stated they can clean display shoe if they wanted to. She did clean shoe but wasn't happy had real attitude.”

They have been serving the city of Lakeland for over 9 years. Check them out and see what you can find. My Mom loves their shoes and I love their jewlery and purses they offer. “To me this is more of an urban shoe store. They usually have the latest shoe that comes out and a large range of other popular shoes you may be interested in. Their cloths are pretty nice and the employess are friendly. They also play the latest hip hop or rap music in the store and they don't mind if you buss a move lol. Its a pretty good place to shop.”

“Bought my daughter some Jordan 4 today. Super happy. Did I pay more than I could have gotten them online? Absolutely and I'm going to keep paying more for purchasing them in a store rather than online and here's why...1) I can inspect the shoe I am considering to purchase for not only quality but most importantly for its authenticity. I know my purchase is real and not a fake. I've watch many YouTubes where you all are buying fakes online and then fighting forever at an attempt to get your money back or not at all. If a real store attempted to sell fakes as real, they would be walked off the premises in handcuffs. Promise.2) My daughter gets to try on the shoe in store so I'm certain the shoe fits.3) We get the shoes immediately rather than having to track the package for weeks, hoping no delays in transit, item isn't on back order and then hoping no one steals them off our front porch once delivered.You all are forgetting that having a store will have higher Markups than online because they have to pay rent, maintain insurance, pay employees, etc.To the lady that complain about the return policy that "no one explained the policy to her", my response to her is that's a lie. This stores return policy is clearly posted for all to read in the store and its all sales are final... Guess what Nicole, they are not in the business of renting you shoes for your date or night out so you can look bougie.As far as the music choices, I was a bit surprised by the lyrics of the song in a retail environment but quickly got over it cause it's not like any of us are nuns.As far as the customer service, I didn't have any issues with not having my questions answered or assistance with being able to try on shoes. I don't treat sales professionals as the hired help.Finally, the selection this store has differs greatly than the other shoes stores in this mall. Let's face it, this store has the shoes everyone wants and the other stores don't have in stock.Personally, I hate buying anything on line, because when I do, rarely am I ever pleased with the results.I will be back to this store!”

“Great customer service. There was a new employee and they were clearly training from what I could tell. The store manager was taking his time to properly train that person [Ina good way]. They both were extremely great will definitely shop back here again. Went in looking for some shoes that could support my back and they were extremely knowledgeable. Asked for a military discount they said that the store normally isn't able to do it but they honored it anyways which I thought was really great. Again great customer service.”
