Update!: SO, I never got my sneakers, but store manager Kelli was very proactive with resolving this issue and getting me my refund*. She literally went above and beyond and didn’t stop until my refund got processed. These days, it’s few and far that you see retail workers truly caring about the customer and meeting their needs. What really got me is how she actually called me back the same day with a real solution. You typically NEVER get a call back when you hear “we will give you a call back”, but Kelli did and I genuinely appreciate her for that 🥹.I’m pouring out in this review because I also work retail, and it makes my day to help a customer resolve an issue.”, so I hope this review makes Kelli’s day. “The entire foot wear department is amazing. When we’re unable to find the shoes we came to buy, they offered to have them shipped to me, or have the shoes held at another location for pickup. They even presented us with viable options. We ended up buying the shoes that they recommended.
