“If you have need of any medical device and want the absolute best customer service, go to Garetts! My wife was leaving a rehab center and we had to have a toilet chair. Shannon ordered us a new toilet chair and had it early the next morning. Shannon and the rest of the staff are fantastic!”
“Did not have a Hoka in my size, so wanted them to order the correct size to try on, would not order unless I paid for it! This is poor customer service, as what happens if it does not fit? Need to order the shoes without charging, as they never have a wide selection of shoe sizes in any shoe.”
