“Kaydence in deli is the go to person. She is welcoming pleasant beautiful smile and soul and the ultimate sub was hmmm hmm good. My husband and I had to thank her and let mgr Kade know and the customer srvc mgr know as well. Kaydence is what you call a real professional greetful pleasant and not judgemental at ALL. Not rude, they stay in contact with you, knowledgeable and customer service is on point. Thank you for understanding my illness and keeping me on track so it won’t cause a flare up as Walmart didn’t care and I was almost was in the hospital. Walmart made me feel like a drug addict and I’m 5 mess for my chronic pain and relapsing multiple sclerosis along with my seizures. Publix understood and has empathy and stated they will make sure I stay on track when I forget due to going through a relax. So thank you again! Many blessings….”

“Stopped here to check my trunk because I kept hearing noises only to find out it was home to number of frogs! Disgusted I sought help and found a wonderful brave man named Gino. I explained to him the situation and he kindly came to remove the frogs and placed them in the bush. What a hero! He was joined by another man who was also lovely but I didn’t catch his name. PROMOTE THESE MEN. They were so kind. Oh and the store itself is lovely and clean.”

“It was a quick experience as usual but there was this corner that was always difficult to maneuver around because that center island didn't give enough space for people to cut around the corner right next to the freezer section but besides that the place is great.”
“Because this is a Dollar General Market location, it has so much more inventory than a standard Dollar General store. The staff does a great job asking if you need help. The management keeps the store clean also.”
“The staff at Town and Country have Most of myalways gone above and beyond to help when there is a problem.
For those of you that gave bad reviews, you must have hit on a really bad day. I have been using them since the store opened originally and have never had a serious problem.
Most of the problems are created by the providers or insurance companies. The staff still has dug in their heals and got it taken care of.
Come on, give credit where credit is do.
April, Dolly, Marissa, Orlando, they all deserve credit. That a very busy store for an over populated area.
If you think you can do a better job, you should apply. Publix is always looking for good people.”
