“They have my vehicle in their Shop at the moment and the sense the start of me. Looking for someone to work on my vehicle. They have been amazing. They may be located 45 minutes from where I live, but has been by far and experience that I haven’t seen in a lot of locations from the young lady who works there to Brandon and Nathan. They have made the process. Smooth for me, which has been appreciated because I have been going through a lot in the past couple of days. I look forward to doing more of work with them in the future.”

“My beautiful Lexus was hit by someone running a stop sign. It caused damage down the entire passenger side. Dallas did an amazing job repairing my Lexus!! It looks brand new. Kevin was great from the first call I placed to them. I was kept updated throughout the process and everyone was informative and professional. “I was in a gas station parking lot last night with a flat tire, with two of my friends trying to get the bolts off to put my spare on. A Lakeland wrecker truck pulled up to one of the gas pumps and Sean came out of his truck and over to us as he realized we were struggling. He offered to loosen the bolts for us, but then the next thing I know he was sitting on the ground changing my tire for me. My friends and I were very appreciative and offered if we could pay him or get him anything from the gas station inside and he politely declined. Sean then explained to me how to drive with a spare tire as I have never done so before. Very thankful that the Lakeland wrecker truck was at that same gas station as me last night or we would’ve had a long night! Sean was great!Service: Tire change”
“Our daughter was in an accident (she was okay) in my car while out of town and Bilal Towing was called to get her car from the scene. That happened on a Friday afternoon. We knew we weren't going to do anything with the car due to age, mileage, lack of collision insurance and the air bag had deployed, so relelasing the car to them was the most senible thing to do. I was able to catch up to the tow company on the following Monday and made contact with Mark. Mark was extremely helpful and up front about the process and the pricing, even did the leg work on scrap value and followed up promply. He gave me great advise and I could tell he wasn't trying to maximize what he could charge me. So I knew I was working with an honest establishment. I arrived on Tuesday to make the transaction and was met by a Mark, who continued to be helpful by offering tools and good advice for our situation. My family and I highly reccomend Bilal to everyone, especially those that have had bad expieriences with tow company's that have been about that payday for them. These guys clearly had more integrity than that!”
