It's a Post Office in Orlando, Florida on Kirkman road. That place sucks on the weekend This past weekend it was 2 people working. The guy that was working the Counter. You have 5 people in line and he sitting and talking to a guy about what's going on in life. Not knowledging the people behind him and the lady she was so slow. She needs to retire, then she disappears in the back somewhere.

If I can give zero stars, I would. everyone in this office is rude and lazy and always complaining. I had a person in front of me and he handed her a paper of some kind and she starts cussing and complaining of the work she has to do, it was a heavier set lady! No one her knows proper customer service!!

I think all of the staff at this location are absolutely wonderful! It is ALWAYS busy and they always work extremely hard to keep the line moving quickly. It wasn’t too long ago that the main manager came out front to offer assistance to customers. He showed me how to use the Kiosk which literally took less than 5 minutes to prepare my package for mailing. I’m very thankful for this post office. They make things really easy!!

Christian was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. He kindly took me in before my scheduled appointment time, which I truly appreciated—especially since I traveled all the way from Orlando, FL.
Thank you so much, Christian, for your exceptional assistance and for going the extra mile by retaking my photo when the one I brought wasn’t suitable. The difference in quality was immediately noticeable.

I probably only have interacted with one competent driver. Whenever they’re off the other drivers can’t even be bothered to do their job. Signed package? They pretend they went to your door and attempted delivery but you’ll find the slip in your box and no one comes to the door. Just pure lazy drivers. Also theft of ‘delivered’ packages as well.

This is a joke Elon, please fix this place. I can't get my mail delivered to the house correctly. Try to call It gets sent through a phone tree. That's a joke. Does anybody work down here at this Post Office? It appears not.

New to the area and they charged me 35 dollars to have keys changed on a gang box in my hoa. Refuse to give me my mailbox number, refuse to tell me where my mail is, refuse to change the locks on the mailbox in a timely manner. Said they would call and email immedietly and it's is now day 4 and still no call no email no communication. You can't contact this location directly and the staff is rude. I still have no access to my mail nor do I know where it is because they refuse to answer me. I have disabled children who receive important mail and we're 2 weeks in and still no nothing.

Most of the time it’s just fine but I was given wrong information today by someone working there and it cost me hours out of my day. I mailed perfume off a week ago came back to mail off saline solution and was told I couldn’t so I called usps customer service and they told me it’s not a problem. Went back to the post office and was told by someone else, no problem. The lady who originally helped me didn’t want to give me the time of day and was very matter of fact I couldn’t ship aerosol cans of anything. Giving people wrong information can really cost them and she didn’t care at all, but most staff here have been great.

I went into the post office for the 100th time it seems to report missing packages missing mail to the manager and I was informed that even though my carrier is losing my mail, taking my mail, delivering my mail to the wrong addresses, giving me other people’s mail there is nothing he can do??? We are tired on Moore Road in Lakeland of having to re-deliver our mail. We are tired on Moore Road in Lakeland of not getting our mail. We are tired on Moore Road in Lakeland of this mail carrier stealing our mail. We are tired on Moore Road in Lakeland of the excuses and the incompetence of the United States postal service. Amazon does not lose our mail. UPS does not lose our mail. FedEx does not lose our mail. The United States Postal Service needs to be shut down. They no longer want to do their job. I am now out $675 on packages that have never been delivered or found. Where is the justice ? Where is the accountability? Where is my money my hard earned money that I spent on these packages? YOU SUCK!!
