Jessica Hodges hands down the best person on this planet!!! I would recommend anyone to go to her. She gets the job done all the time. Easy to talk to and makes your day worth it. We need more people like her working everywhere. Verizon give her the maximum bonus!!

I have never had anything less than a stellar experience with the folks at this Verizon store. They are amazing. Most recently I had an issue with ordering a new Apple Watch. Let me tell you, Logan at this location jumped through literal hoops to help me. I was blown away by his care for my issue and how far he went to try to resolve it. Definitely went above and beyond for me. When my watch finally came in, Logan wasn’t available but Jessica was there to jump in and help. She was an absolute delight. I’m just honestly so impressed by this team.

I've been a Verizon Wireless customer for 22+ years and have never (previously) had the level of customer service that I had this past Friday, February 21! My son and I walked into the Verizon store at Lakeland Town Center and we were greeted by Jessica Hodges, Sales Executive, who then welcomed us to sit down at a desk with her so she could help us. I needed a new iPhone and my son didn't plan on getting one. Jessica was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us. I told her budget was my priority and I wasn't sure which phone I wanted. She answered all of my questions and concerns, was transparent with the plans and promos and I finally decided which phone I wanted. My son ended up getting a new phone too. We were there for a WHILE, because my old SE iPhone took a long time to back up! Jessica is witty, personable, made it fun and took care of the entire transfer from our old phones to the new phones. We had an amazing experience and I would recommend Jessica to anyone!!!

I would like to give Jessica Hodges at the Lakeside Village Verizon Wireless store a 10 out 10 for her fantastic customer service! She was so wonderful during our whole purchasing transaction and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order with my new purchases. She was very transparent and took the time to explain all the small details within the promotion we decided to go with. If you’re looking into joining Verizon or upgrading device(s), I would highly recommend her as your customer service representative.

Jason Thompson and Chris Jacobs were excellent Verizon representatives especially when a problem arose upgrading my phone. They worked very diligently to resolve the issue that was caused by the corporate Verizon personnel. Because of their exceptional customer service I am happy to remain a loyal Verizon customer.
