“I love what they do and the services they offer for low cost spay and neutering..However they are quick to upcharge you for services/ items..Some are mentioned at booking others are not until you arrive that morning for the surgery, basically leaving you no choice but to accept them..I mean $20 for a cone collar is a little much, considering that you can purchase a better version than the one they sell for $8 on Amazon...Again I love what they do for fur kids, but they need to be more transparent..”

“My regular vet had no available appointments. I was referred to this office. They were very accommodating and got him in quickly. Visits have been great. My dog was very agitated with an ear infection. There were wonderful. They explained the issues, the treatment, and the associated costs. On the follow up visit they took my dog to the back office (he is very protective of me). I heard them talking so sweetly to him. It was absolutely genuine, they were talking to him like he was their own pet. It made me feel wonderful. Would 100% recommend them and will continue to use them as my primary vet.”

“That was my first time there. I was looking for waterless shampoo for my cat. I ended up getting wipes as a replacement, cuz they were out of the shampoo. The person that helped me was very nice an helpful in showing me where things were that I was looking for. They have all kinds of things for your pets. You can even take your pet to the store an help them pick out their toys. I really enjoyed my time there. It was very nice.”
“I have been using this clinic for over three years and absolutely love it here. I have 11 animals and we have been through some times! Dr Kyle and vet tech Kyhla are absolutely amazing. All of the staff (im terrible with names) are great. Front desk is always very helpful too. This clinic is very clean, staff is personable, and I always feel my animals are in good hands! Sure the prices here are higher , BUT you get what you pay for. Appointments are nearly always on time, very professional staff, and spot on care. You guys rock!”

“I wanted to switch vets due a corporation buying out my very trusted vet. I felt a little nervous because we had an accident happen which resulted in popping in first thing in the morning to see if they were able to work in a new customer and they are extremely kind! The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. The front desk was helpful and made me feel comfortable. The tech was also very knowledgeable and fun. I have only heard amazing things regarding the doctor and staff from friends and family so I finally made the switch over and I will hopefully be able to bring all of my pets here! Kathleen Animal hospital is also very affordable compared to some of the clinics we have visited in the past. The building is extremely clean and well kept. It seems the staff works well together and that they truly want to help animals!”
