“I brought my dog in for the first time for an emergency visit after an accident with our tractor. Dr. Michelle Ferrera and the entire staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond. “We had to put our dog down this week. This place was reasonable and caring. The other places I called around to wanted to charge a ton and do a full exam on a 15 year old dog who wouldn’t eat, take her meds, could hardly walk and can’t hear or see. It’s a hard enough decision without someone questioning our judgment or trying to talk us in to other things. Dr. Ercoli and her assistant were kind they held her gave her treats and it’s the only time in going to the vet that she didn’t get nervous.”

“I had such a great experience at Plant City Animal Hospital! I brought my dog in for an ear hematoma and an ear infection, and they took excellent care of him. The doctor was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me clearly, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was wonderful and treated my dog with so much care. I was also worried that the visit and treatment were going to be extremely expensive, but I felt their pricing was very reasonable for everything they did. Most importantly, I felt like my dog was in very good hands. I’m extremely happy with the care he received and would definitely recommend Plant City Animal Hospital. Thank you for taking such great care of him! ❤”

“I had never used Berrypatch Veterinary Office before, but I brought my sweet baby, Lilo, there under very difficult circumstances to be humanely euthanized due to her advanced age and serious health conditions. From the very first phone call, the staff demonstrated exceptional compassion. The young lady who answered the phone was patient, kind, and thorough in answering my questions and helping me schedule the appointment. That initial interaction immediately provided a sense of comfort during an emotional time. Upon arriving at the clinic, the entire staff was incredibly kind, respectful, and sympathetic to the reason for my visit. Throughout the entire process, they checked in on me regularly, ensured I understood every step, and made certain I did not need anything. Their professionalism and empathy far exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the level of care shown even after the appointment. I was deeply touched to receive a sympathy card signed by the staff, each message expressing kindness and care for Lilo. They also took the time to make paw print impressions for me to keep as a lasting memory of her, which meant more to me than words can express. I am sincerely grateful to the entire team at Berrypatch Animal Clinic for guiding me through such a difficult moment with dignity, compassion, and respect. I highly recommend this veterinary office, and when I am ready to welcome another pet into my life, I will absolutely return. Thank you for your outstanding care and exceptional customer service.”
