“I adopted my Shih Tzu here in 2022. The experience was pleasant and very easy. She is so happy and healthy. It’s always a pleasant experience to come her when I’m in town - who doesn’t love to cuddle and play with puppies in a clean environment. Would recommend 10/10”
“I cannot say enough good things about Care Animal Clinic and Dr. Chris Carrier. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was compassionate, patient, and genuinely kind. Every single person we encountered was pleasant, supportive, and treated us like family during one of the hardest moments a pet parent can face.
Dr. Carrier took his time, explained everything clearly, and showed true empathy—not just professionalism. He never rushed us, never made us feel like “just another appointment,” and handled everything with so much care and dignity. The staff supported us every step of the way and made an incredibly painful experience just a little more bearable.
We have been to multiple vets over the years, and this clinic stands out above the rest. The compassion, respect, and love they show for both pets and owners is something special. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares, this is the place. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Carrier and his amazing team. “The people were really nice and explained everything to me and my daughter. Their cooking are made fresh daily and best preserved frozed. I purchased a half a pound of fresh cookies and freeze dried treats for both of my fur babies. They devoured them both most definitely will be going back”

“Great store for the bare basics in jeans, boots, or Western shirts or jackets. Could use a better wide brim cowboy hat selection though. No need for the expensive brands either. Just a consistent upkeeped stock of a few cheap twister or resistol hats would make it feel like a western wear store. Its a great blue collar work/farm supply store. Definitely will come back. I'll stick to a russells or bootbarn if I want a hat though.”

“We took a training class with Wendy. She is the best. My sweet boy Benito was very reactive in public at anyone and anything when we started classes he couldn't even be in the training area with the other dogs because he would freak out ( he was actually bitten on our daily walk the 2nd week of training at my apartment that made him a little bit more scared of other dogs but she had us stay back after class to help him with that fear). But by the end of training he was able to sit quietly in the training area and even have people and other dogs next to him. She was super helpful and went above and beyond in her role helping us better my sweet boy. I will be scheduled future training for our new puppy and more advanced class for our Benito”
“We adopted our cat Matilda (prev Marbles) from SPCA and she was at this Petsense location. Despite me being in the store for well over an hour, Angela was very attentive, patient and friendly, and she also helped me gather everything I would need to make sure my new best friend would be happy and comfortable in her new home. I haven’t had a cat in years, so it was incredibly helpful to have someone like her there to help me out! I’m very grateful and our new friend has become a perfect addition to our family. Thank you so much Angela!!”

“That was my first time there. I was looking for waterless shampoo for my cat. I ended up getting wipes as a replacement, cuz they were out of the shampoo. The person that helped me was very nice an helpful in showing me where things were that I was looking for. They have all kinds of things for your pets. You can even take your pet to the store an help them pick out their toys. I really enjoyed my time there. It was very nice.”
“Sarah took amazing care of my dog Baela that I got from animal control last week. She never got a bath before they spayed her there. I took Baela into Petsmart on Monday to get her first groom and when I say that she was grungy and disgusting, it was worse. Sarah was gentle with my dog because she knew she was nervous. Sarah called me to tell me my dog was doing amazing and that she had a little bit longer to go until I could pick her up. She even called again to let me know she was ready. When I picked Baela up, her hair was a completely different color and not one speck on dirt was in her hair or on her skin. Baela was so relaxed and calm when I arrived. Sarah cut and styled her exactly like what we talked about before the appointment. Baela will be going back to Sarah every single time. Thank you again Sarah! “I come to TSC almost weekly. Great customer service and clean feed (no issues with mold or rips etc).
I do wish they would keep Unbeetables Original (green bag) in stock better. We purchase multiple bags every week and many times they only have 1, if any. That's the only issue. TSC is a good company in general.”

“This place had all the speciality food I was looking for and more, the cafe was very cute for the animals as well. I was helped by very knowledgeable staff who helped guide my purchases for my new poodle puppy. Very happy with the price service cleanliness and quality of everything I purchased. Also, they have a reward program so that’s always nice for a little extra savings. I will be coming back, if you have a pet you love dearly I recommend coming here to get food grade treats and food!”
